Our warranties are designed to reflect real-world use and Midwest conditions, covering manufacturing-related coating failures when installed by our certified team and properly maintained.
What Our Warranty Covers
Depending on your type of application (residential indoor, residential outdoor, or commercial), our Limited Lifetime Warranties may include coverage for:
- Discoloration from UV exposure
- Delamination, peeling, chipping, or blistering (for a defined period based on application type)
- Materials installed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
Coverage applies to the coating system at its original place of installation and becomes effective once the project is paid in full .
Warranty Types & Important Notes
We offer 3 separate warranty terms for Residential Interior Coatings, Residential Outdoor Coatings, and Commercial Coating Applications. Each warranty is tailored to the specific environment and usage of the space, ensuring appropriate protection based on how the floor is used and exposed to elements.
While our coatings are built to last for years and years, our warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused by concrete movement, cracking, or substrate failure
- Moisture-related issues such as hydrostatic pressure or vapor transmission
- Physical abuse, chemical exposure, natural disasters, or improper use
- Slip-and-fall incidents (coatings are not guaranteed to be slip-proof)
Warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original property owner at the time of installation .
